Dear attendees,
We would like to express our appreciation and congratulation for the distinguished works you had contributed to IEA/AIE 2025.
Please follow the following instructions to accomplish the required procedures for conference registration.
All attendees for IEA/AIE 2025 are kindly requested to register.
Related forms and supporting documents must be received with payment in JPY no later than April 25th,2025.
Please note that at least one author per paper must register before April 25th,2025.
Otherwise the paper will not be included in the IEA/AIE 2025 technical program and proceedings.
Please also note that the page length limit is 12 pages (regular paper) and 6 pages (short paper) , Please follow the the Springer LNCS/LNAI style

Dont forget include your copyright form with the camera ready of your paper Please follow the instructions mentioned at the above link, make sure that figures are with good quality. If you paper require extra pages, extra pages up to maximum 6 pages for a Regular or short Accepted papers will incur extra page charges.The registration fee includes conference proceedings book, technical sessions, coffee breaks, banquet (lunches are not included).
An official receipt for the payment will be offered upon request.

card or bank transfer. Please feel free to let us know if you have any problem regarding the conference registration.

We provide an option to add on your credit card payment, the option to purchase extra Banquet (16000 JPY), and/or adding non-speaker participant (35000 JPY per person), these option can be selected when you do credit card payment by April 25.

payment system in JPY. From April 15, the link will be available in this website.
In this system, multiple e-mail address cannot be registered because of server
regulation.
So, if you make multiple papers registration, please use a different e-mail
address like Gmail etc. for a different paper.
